When addressing issues with properties, we only cover fill valves installed within the past 10 years and flappers installed within the past 5 years, as per our warranty policy. Please fill out the information below, specify what is currently not functioning properly, and include any photos of the part(s) or identifying images to help us determine the cause of the issue.
